Stay Calm and Strong: Be positive with inner vibrant | The process of transformation.

Sometimes I get up early in the morning and go for walk, sometimes I sleep till 8:00 a.m. In the morning and do morning exercise, I spend some time jogging, exercising, meditating, etc. By doing these things, I feel a greater inner serenity. One must know that to stay focused or strong physically we need to train our body as we do train our mind by learning new things and by acquiring new knowledge.

If we give priority to the improvement of our knowledge, it will be helpful to know many things around us. On the other hand, if we give priority to our physical fitness our mind starts functioning properly. We are worried about not having time to do all this, go ahead and learn how you can manage it. If you are thinking about the sleeping routine let me say what you need to do.

Most people think they don't have adequate time to do extra things I will say you have abounded time more than you need to invest in yourself, if you invest money it will give you whether loss or profit, but if you invest in yourself, surely you will be in benefits. So stop complaining about having no time for yourself and get up earlier. You have the options why not exercise it? Stop complaining about not being able to exercise given all that is on your plate these days.

If you sleep 7 hours a night and work 8 hours every day you still have more than 63 hours of free time every week to do all the things you want to do. This amount to 252 hours every month and it becomes 3,024 hours every single year to spend on life pursuits. If you are not satisfied or fulfilled or as happy or as prosperous or peaceful as you know you could be, stop blaming your parents or the economy, or your boss and take full responsibility for your circumstances.

This will be the first step to a completely new way of looking at your life and starting point for a better way to live. Make wiser choices about the thoughts you will allow to enter your mind, as well as the attitude you will bring to your days and the way you will spend the hours of your time. Stop complaining and start living. You have to increase your value in this new generation, you now find yourself in, you will be compensated not by how hard you work but by how much value you add to the world around you, never think that you need to sleep more and more, 6 hours of sound sleep is enough for everyone, sound sleep I mean sleep must be without interruption.

Remember when you go to bed try to control your mind, sometimes the zillion of thoughts would run, but try to observe what is the exact problem and also try to know what you want. In the very absolute time, you must contemplate, if you observe deeply in thought you will find what inside is and after you found the right thoughts which are disturbing you, you must realize if you have the solutions for it if you control it. if you have then you calm down and get well rest. Nothing will stop you, no power tends to disobey. Just sleep well by accepting you are the boss of your thought process then only you can transform yourself, remember it will take time and effort. Once you will have control over your emotions you are the boss.

On the contrary, if you found very critical situations is being part of your sleep disturbance that you can not change or solve then you must accept the truth, it is not of use to be distracted, instead, close your eyes and take a long breath for a while likely you fall asleep very soon. That's it chill Madi (kanada) life is too short to be upset about what you can't control. Be happy and be kind. Do your duty, you will get your results accordingly.

It is irrefutable you don't get into any trouble, every person on earth gets misery and feeling of intense unhappiness. Our brain has enormous power we called that power ''Will Power'' What do you think about your brain? You must have strong sensations of feeling and imagination first, then only you gonna observe that things.

One of my friends the ex-advocate judge of Sikkim High Court, the name is Ranjit Chetri, now more than 35 years old still he is very enthusiastic, energetic, and talkative, one early morning he called me while I was on the way to my morning walk, I remember one thing from our conversations, Ranjit said, Sunil do you know one thing? I replied, yes! Tell me. He said, ''People who have Mercedes, high-cost cars and who have a good sofa to sit in the bedroom only gives them comfort, not happiness not joy.

I realized that point of him what he wanted to elucidate. Indeed, most people believe that way. However, I believe happiness comes from within and one of the major causes of unhappiness is finding happiness in the outer world, searching for happiness is the main root of unhappiness. Set goals, start making things done what you want, start doing things you want, and go for it, whether you want to change jobs or want to lose weight or learn English, or want to crack an interview, its important to start with self-belief, think you are already there. Once you believe you are there, your subconscious mind will take you there for sure.

Stop making excuses. Excuses are what hold you back and they are almost always the only thing between you and your goal.
